Hi all. I recently ordered a TV with tnt sport added for 24 month as an add on. I have received the TV but cannot activate the sports. One time activation says I have nothing to activate. I have tried ringing 150 but we all know that's a waste of time.

have received the text to say I’ve got the 24 months TNT added to my account, but when I go to we.co.uk/tntsports it just gives me an error saying there’s a technical issue. I’ve tried everything EE has recommended and Discovery+, but nothing seems to work.

Could you try the link using mobile data, rather than WiFi please?
If it still doesn't work, could you try using a different device or browser?

I’ve tried both options, but nothing from those suggestions either. Exhausted my laptop, my iPad, WiFi on, WiFi off, safari, Chrome… nothing.

Sounds like you've tried everything that we can recommend here. The best advice I can give is to speak with our Customer Support team. They have access to your account and will be able to check everything on our side.
