That's 60's ...tv channel

Any idea why "That's 60's" (channel 75) won't play?

Signal is received from Crystal Palace Transmitter with a "good" signal rating...I have re-tuned several times and it always picks up the channel.  However, the tv guide always shows the channel as being "On Now" but nothing plays. All I can see is a bluey/black screen with the "That's 60's" logo and the title of the programme that is meant to be playing. 

Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks.

It's blank on my TV at the mo'. Usually when it's not broadcasting it puts up a screen with its name & the broadcasting times of it & its associated channels. That's 60s only broadcasts between 4AM to 6AM.
