Hello, I have a new EE Pro tv box .
If I try and watch anything on the My5 tv app the picture quality is appalling .It lacks focus and is blurred .After about 20 minutes the pictures starts to pixelate .It is un-watchable .
If I watch My5 using my the app on my smart tv the picture quality is perfect,there is zero pixelation .
Is there a setting which can resolve this problem or is this expected behaviour when using the EE pro box

Welcome to the community.
Are you using the EE TV Box with a wired ethernet connection or through WiFi? An ethernet cable would be the preferred option for streaming.

Are other streaming apps similarly affected? If the internet connection is the underlying cause, they should be - or at least should have some issues.
