We've been with EE for about a month, twice ive phoned the TV saying no signal or channels not available, sometimes there is no sound, have to reboot both TVs most days!
Had an engineer out and was advised to get a wifi extender because we have walls 🙄
Have bought one and its between the router and main TV, stil having problems, mainly it's the mini box thats not working properly, the router is only about 6 ft from it!
I don't know what to do next, if i ring they will just everything is fine their end, well isn't my end!!
My husband watches the sports channels and turned it on last night to... No channels available 🙄
Never had these problems with Virgin or Sky, where do i stand with cancelling?

Good morning @Golden291.
Welcome to the EE Community!
Normally a cancellation outside of the first 14 days would be chargeable, as we would always aim to get the underlying issue resolved, but this would all depend on what our team recommend.
Whilst I appreciate this isn't always the neatest setup, have you had a chance to try a wired connection to either of your boxes to see if this makes any difference?
If this improves things, Powerline adapters can be a great solution for providing a wired connection without needing to trail cables around the room.

Thanks for your reply.
I dont know how to try a wired connection, when we signed up this wasn't mentioned, the engineer just said it worked through wifi, we've already invested in a wifi extender.🤔

@Golden291
Please have a look at Connect your EE TV Box Mini using an ethernet cable.
If your WIFI extender has an ethernet port, you can connect the Mini TV box to that.
It may also be worth having the WIFI extender halfway between the router and the TV box, so the signal is strong between router and extender too.
