Hello, I set up EE equipment today which was the hub and the TV pro box. Now everything was perfectly fine until the TV pro box turned off by itself by the TV screen and didn't turn itself off on the actual box, after a minute I thought "ok it's crush" so I got up and switched off the box from the wall and when I switched on the wall plug the box is now flashing on and off on a aqua color and won't even turn on like it should. I have done everything on the internet and even spoke to the person on EE on the help line on the app, I don't know what else to do as it's frustrating! Everything was perfectly fine and then boom! It decided to turn it off by itself and now won't even turn on but the light on the front of the EE is just flashing on and off.
Please could anyone help me, I would really appreciate it!

If not it may be faulty and you will need a replacement

We can't even do that, the box isn't even turning on the screen as it will just blink and blink.

If you follow the link provided by @Weerab2024 , there are steps which you can take to reset the box simply from the buttons on the box, without accessing the menus or screen.
You'll find the steps under the section "Reset your EE TV box through buttons on the box"
