Hi @Krozen

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

Was the router replaced for this reason?

Have you tried restarting the router and TV Box and trying to connect again?

Thank you.

Leanne.

A replacement hub will have a different SSID and password from your previous hub. Have you taken this into account?

The hub had to be replaced as it would not power up, it might have been the power supply but I couldn't check.

Almost everything is back up and running using WiFi connections in lieu of hard wiring except my network audio device, which does not have WiFi capability.  I am going to try a WiFi extender with an ethernet connection for it next weekend.

My printer was set up with a hardwired connection to the hub but despite re-entering the hub password it won't connected.  Thankfully my home server is operational with a direct connection into the hub.

Cheers, Ken

Your hardwired printer connection shouldn’t need a password, it should just work.

If you are having to put a password in, is it possible you are trying to connect it over WiFi still?
