Help please!
I have recently moved from BT to EE and have lost all my TV purchases, films and the likes. Are these lost for good or is there a way of restoring them?

They should be there within 24 hours. If it's been longer than that then email us at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number and we can sort it.

Welcome to the community.
The purchases should still be linked to your account, but won't be stored on your EE TV box. Are you able to see and view them through the EE TV web Player?

the guidance that was given by Darren's earlier response was to email a specialist support team specifically
