Recently upgraded to EE Full Fibre. What a hassle and palaver that was, my first order failed, they broke promises, they missed appointments, then Openreach cut my actual Tv aerial when doing the outside survey so I was left without Freeview for 2 weeks, and then they coming to install it when I was out and I came home to no broadband at all!
BUT … the EE TV Box Pro has made it all worthwhile. Such an improvement on our five-year-old BT YouView box! One question, if I may … how many channels can I record at the same time?

The Box Pro can record upto two channels that are delivered by your broadband connection ( so record two or watch one and record one). If you have set your Box Pro up in IP mode that is your limit. Note that in Ip mode there are some restrictions for BBC channels. See the link below for more details.
If you have opted to operate your Box Pro in aerial mode you can also make use of the box tuners to record upto 4 channels. You still are able to record upto 2 the internet delivered subscription as described above.
The official documentation says 4 in total but unless it has changed the aerial feed totals were in addition to the two broadband feeds when operating the box in aerial mode.
