Is anyone else having problems viewing live TV through their TV pro box?
Connected through the internet. Watching live TV and then the program freezes saying there is an issue with this channel. Tried changing channel and get the same message.
Overcome once by doing a complete reset and all was ok for an hour or so then the same thing happened again. Don’t want to continue to do a reset as I end up losing recordings and anything set up on watchlist. Also need to resign into all the Apps again
Any suggestions?

I’ve just changed my TV box to the New EE pro And had a new BT Hub because they were all old I wouldn’t reboot.
since having These I have trouble every time I switch the TV on tell me my aerial is not connected so I can’t get any of the Freeview channels. I can only watch them on BBC iPlayer etc. Have you had any success and sorting out your problem as it seems it’s the same as mine?

Is your aerial connected?
As a test, try unplugging it from the Pro box and plugging it directly into the TV, and tuning it.
Does it work OK there?

I m also having all those issues, tried calling and its always about a 45 minute wait, only been with EE weeks and already thinking I have made a mistake leaving SKY.
What is the benefit of a mini box? Which is the one causing all the problems.

A Box Mini will enable you to have the EETV experience on a second TV in your home, with all the extra live channels that EETV provides, the apps that YouView provide (which the TV you use may or may not have), and a selection of the main Freeview channels from the big broadcasters without the need for an aerial.
No recording, but you do get pause live tv and rewind.
Anything else I should cover?
