I have TNT Sports through my Mobile phone on EE , the platform to view this moved to HBO Max . I have Sky and get HBO max through my subscription standard without ads . I cannot view TNT sports if I log in through Sky , if I log in using my EE account I can see TNT sports but have no access to HBO max content how do I align the accounts ?? Sky Q box
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Ideally you would have activated the Sky account using the same email that you activated the EE one with. Too late now.
I should hopefully be able later this week to cancel your EE Mobile activation to allow you to activate again using the Sky account - they're working on providing me with that capability. Until then, I don't think there's anything that can be done (unless Sky provide an option to reactivate)

Thanks Darren
I tried to log in using EE creds but they weren't recognised when I went through Sky so had to set up new credentials , like I said I can see HBO content through Sky , but not TNT sports and if I log in via EE I can see TNT sport but no HBO content , Sky are no help, HBO likewise . You are the only one who has offered a solution so thanks if it works .

Hi, I have exactly the same issue as this poster. When I activated HBO through Sky I created a new account instead of correctly using my TEE/TNT details so now have 2 HBO accounts one with max content the other TNT Sports. Sky and HBO have been useless and no help at all. Can you explain how this may be rectified.

Hi @Kingarthur64,
Thanks for visiting the EE Community
As mentioned if you are unable to reset from the Sky end and want both to be on the same email address/login you would need to have your TNT Sports through your EE mobile reset. You would then go through that activation process again but use the same email you have used with Sky.
You can give Darren an email with your details on the email address upthread and they may be able to help or you can also give us a call one of our guides should be able to help reset your TNT Sports, so you can set it up again.

Unfortunately we've discovered (since my previous post here) that it's not possible to cancel reset the TNT Sports activation on EE mobile - even when we remove it, the EE systems don't update to allow it to be activated again.
At the moment, the only known way to do it is cancel the add-on, wait for the month to end, and then start it again.

Hi Darren, thanks for the reply. I am a bit wary of doing this as I suspect TNT Sports may not be available to me again if I remove it for a month and try to add on again. I was on an all rounder package that came with this inclusive extra. I am now out of that contract and suspect it would drop off the options if ever I removed it from my account. Plus, i dont really want to be without for 1 months sport, think I would go crazy. May be an option during summer months when snooker and football have finished.
