We've just transferred over from Sky. I had (inadvertently) already created a NOW TV account on the Irish site (we were on holiday at the time and wanted to purchase a 24 hour pass for BT Sport (as it was then). This has caused problems now that I had an account (with the same email address) on the GB site. The Technical Team have got it working on the TV box, but I'm still redirected to the IE site when I login to the GB site (changed the IE email address on multiple occasions but it just reverts to the orignal/duplicate one every time). Can't login on my phone (just says I'm in the wrong region).
Added to that, despite having it in my subscription pack, I can't access Discovery+ at all. Says I need to upgrade. Been an awful start so far - almost wishing I'd stayed with Sky.

@Turts77 we can't fix the Now TV account I'm afraid - that's down to Now TV to sort. I've confirmed that your EE TV subscription is paired with your email address - what happens when you log into Now TV is down to them to manage. I can move it to a different email address, if you'd like to create a new UK account.
Your discovery+ account is showing that you haven't activated it. Please log into the EE web site and you should see an option to activate it there. When it redirects you to the discovery+ site, be sure to use the "Sign in" link in the top right corner to pair your existing login with your EE TV subscription.
