Is this an error on your TV box? Has the TV box been rebooted? Which subscription is it you are having an issue with?

Hi @KA678
Welcome to the community.
Have you tried restarting your TV box and router? It may also be worth checking to make sure it's on the latest software.
Just go to Settings > Software Information.
