Keeps coming up with btp 15005 and tryed to get to talk to someone on the live chat but can't find the live chat

Hey am trying to find live chat but can not find it in my ee app can't find any where that says message us

Is this an error on your TV box? Has the TV box been rebooted? Which subscription is it you are having an issue with?

Error code BTP-15005 is coming up when I try to get onto EE tv

Hi @KA678 

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your TV box and router? It may also be worth checking to make sure it's on the latest software.

Just go to Settings > Software Information.
