Struggling EVERY time 🙄

Recently switched over to EE tv and broadband after having sky all my adult life. Every time I try and turn to on it takes absolutely ages and really struggles to come on at all…..have to press the EE button over a dozen times 🙄 never mind if I have my amazon stick or anything else plugged in to the other hdmi, if that’s the case it won’t come on at all 😩 really can’t be bothered with the hassle every day! Any one else had this?

If you go in the settings and then into power and standby, is smart mode selected under standby mode? That might help if it has not been set up like that before
