Strange problem rewinding live TV.

I can not rewind the program "This Morning" on ITV, weekday mornings.

Pressing rewind jumps back a second or so then back forward to the live bit then back a second then forward again for a very stuttery picture.

I have tried a couple of other channels and programs (live and pre-made) and they seem OK.

I am not really worried about that program as such, just curious why it is not working.

Also having same problem as others with Live tv programs on EE TV mini box in my bedroom not rewinding back and a total freeze on picture the channel i was watching was the darts tonight on Sky Sports Main Event HD channel 439 this as been a reoccuring problem for me,all  HDMI cables are nice and secure so no problem there,keep having to unplug the Mini box for a few minutes then everything ok for a day or so then rewind freeze again.Checked software updates and everything ok there all updated.I heard someone comment on it being due to content restrictions if so why as it been working sometimes and not other times?.Also got error IPC 6011 don't know why to be honest when reboot of Mini box.Any help please appreciated.
