Sports on Discovery Plus

 I've been in touch with EE twice this week and after over an hour each time I still can't watch any live sports on Discovery Plus. I am signed up for Discovery Plus and EE have apparently set it up, yet it still doesn't work. So Frustrating 😡

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Has this service ever worked for you, or is this a problem with getting it set up? 

What did the technical support team say the next steps are to try and get it fixed? Have they raised it with any other teams?

Discovery Plus has worked prior to going from BT to EE.

It sounds like it could be to do with linking the accounts again. Did the technical support team say what the next steps for them were to get it working?

We went all through the linking process.

I lost patience with it now.

The technical support team have a process to follow before escalating it to the next level of technical support. I understand that you've already spent quite a bit of time on it already, but it is necessary for them to do all the checks first, before escalating it. I recommend getting back in touch with them so they can carry on with the investigation.

If you prefer, you can make a complaint online and a dedicated team will look into how it's been handled and help try and fix it for you.
