Really regret changing from Sky to EE!

Try to record a programme and it says I can’t cos it’s not available on demand! 

Is this a normal thing? If it is….roll on 2 years time! That’ll teach me to never sign up for anything on the doorstep 😤

You don't have a recording TV Box @Dimple2 - if you want to record then you need a TV Box Pro, not a TV Box Edge.

On the Edge, the record button just adds a shortcut to the programme on catch up - which it cannot do, if there's no catch up asset available.
