Recording Issue

Hi first post here & new customer,

I work nights so recording tv programs is essential for me, so for example I'm recording I'm a celebrity get me out of here and often I'm recording 4 episodes during the week that I can watch when I'm on my nights off, the episodes record no issue there the first picture shows this,

You should see there are currently 2 episodes recorded, however when I click the thumbnail to select the episode to watch i get this in picture 2

The image above shows a page that looks like it's trying to refresh from left to right but nothing appears even after waiting some time, I believe this is only happening to programs there are multiple of episodes single recordings work fine I've tried unplugging the tv box but to no avail, the tv box is an ee tv box pro, could anyone sudgest a fix that I can try when I get home from work.

Have you paired your mobile phone or tablet EETV app so that your recordings can be set or remotely monitored on the mobile device. If so do the recordings for I'm a Celebrity Unpacked appear normally listed on the mobile device or do you get a similar problem in how they are displayed ?

 

 

Yes I have the eetv app on my phone and the recording show as normal on there just not ee tv box pro.

It's showing 2 episodes there, with no image or title - I assume you've tried selecting it, to see if it plays anyway?

In your position, I would try resetting.  First a reset and keep recordings (to see if rebuilding the index is good enough). If that fails, then reset and delete recordings.
