The One Touch Switch (OTS) process handles the migration of BB & Home Phone only. You may need to cancel your TV contract with Sky yourself.

Hi @newnik
Welcome to the Community.
One Touch Switch is a new process brought in by Ofcom, the regulator for UK telecoms and broadband providers. It makes it easier to switch your broadband provider.
As part of your order, when you tell us who you are switching from we do the rest. You won't have to let your current provider know you're leaving them, we' then sort everything for you.
To confirm your old services are being cancelled, Sky will contact you about any services and benefits you may lose, or charges you may need to pay if you switch.
Hope this helps to make the process as easy as possible for you!

I switched a month ago thinking EE would sort the switch, I informed sky I was cancelling both my tv and broadband after 20years of being with them…. Sky sent me a prepaid box to send back my hub, so thought everything was sorted… until I got a bill yesterday for £82, which was confusing as I was paying £137.50 before I switched…. Can’t get in touch with Sky as no phone number works unless you want to pay the bill, which is not happening….. next stop local EE shop to try n sort it

Hi @KatyDoris21.
Thanks for coming here.
I'd recommend trying to get in touch with Sky who will be able to access your bill to discuss this further.

@KatyDoris21 was that perhaps you were being charged for your services up until the point you had cancelled so you were not charged the full amount or perhaps its an early contract termination leaving fee?
If you have the my sky app you should be able to see a breakdown of the charges on your last bill and what they are for.

It does sound like it could be an issue at Sky's end. You should be able to see your bill on the Sky website or their phone app. The danger is that the reduced amount is because they are no longer charging for broadband, but are still for TV.
I recently cancelled my SkyQ service, and they sent packaging to return my SkyQ and mini box.
To get a phone number, try going to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv and click "I still Need Help" at the bottom of the page.
