I have had a similar issue, the equipment has been returned and I keep getting these emails every couple of weeks. I have contacted EE twice and on each occasion they tell me that the items have been marked as returned yet I am still getting these emails. My time period for returning them ends in a week which is a bit concerning as I do not want to be faced with a bill when I have returned the equipment

I don't need to see it myself, but it was just in case anything were to be applied to your account, you can then give our team another call and they can take that from you to make sure any charges are removed due to it being an error.
If it is showing that is returned already, it shouldn't come to that though.

Thanks for coming to the community.
I can understand your concern with receiving the emails to say the equipment has not been returned.
You've done the right thing in speaking to our customer service guides, and if they have said it is marked as returned, there should not be anything applied to the account.
Do you happen to have the proof of postage still at all, just in case anything was incorrectly applied?
