Re broadband EE to using TNT sports and access to entertainment

Watched TNT sports on discovery+ but with HBO app via sky I can get the TNT sports but not the entertainment part!!On my iPad not linked to sky I can get the entertainment package via I pad but not TNT sports!!!How do I sort this mess???

When I’ve looked at my EE login email it has this address under login details?…can it be amended to the above email please

I cannot amend the email address for you.  I'm guessing you don't have access to that other version of your email address?  If not, then you can add your EE account to the EE ID you're using.  After logging into https://id.ee.co.uk/ you should see an option to "Add a device" - if you select this, you can enter your account number and add that account to the EE ID you're using.  Once done, you'll then find the proper options available to you.

Okay I have done this but ipad is showing the entertainment but not TNT sports and on the tv it’s showing the sport but no entertainment!!!!

You've activated it again with the same email address you used before, so you're back where you started.

Let's try again, but please follow the instructions very carefully - make sure you're logged into hbomax.com in your browser on the iPad with the account that currently has the ENTERTAINMENT on.  Make sure that you can play entertainment in your browser before you then continue with the next step.

Then in that same browser, log into https://id.ee.co.uk/ with your EE ID and select Plans & Subscriptions in the top right corner. Then select TV & Sport, and you'll see an option to Start Activation for TNT Sports.  When you select this, it'll take you to the HBO Max web site, where it should show a message saying it's now available to watch.

Okay success with the iPad both sport and entertainment are accessible but now nothing showing on the Tv!!

Perfect.  So now, on your TV, log out of the app.  Then log in with the account you're using on your iPad.
