Re broadband EE to using TNT sports and access to entertainment

Watched TNT sports on discovery+ but with HBO app via sky I can get the TNT sports but not the entertainment part!!On my iPad not linked to sky I can get the entertainment package via I pad but not TNT sports!!!How do I sort this mess???

On your iPad, check the subscription page in the HBO Max app. It'll show what subscriptions you have, and where they're billed from.  Post that information here, and we'll go from there, as I don't want to ask too many questions and confuse you.

Basics with ads(monthly)..issue may be also email address in my name and Discovery+ was my wife’s..when I try to change email address on the account part it says a confirmation email is sent to my email but nothing received??

OK, so it sounds like you've bought an HBO Max subscription using your email address, which is what you're seeing on your iPad.

If you used your wife's email address previously, then your TNT Sports subscription will be on that.

There are 2 options:

1. You can move the TNT Sports subscription from your wife's email, to yours, so that both subscriptions are on that account.

2. You can cancel the entertainment subscription on your email address, and then add it to your wife's.

If you want to take option 1, let me know and I'll do what's needed to your account to allow that to happen.

If you want to take option 2, simply log in on the iPad with your account and cancel the subscription.  Then log out and log in again with your wife's email, and add the entertainment subscription to it.

No problem - I've cancelled the current activation.  Your wife no longer has a sport subscription on her account, and the app will stop working on your Sky box very shortly.

Now log into hbomax.com in your web browser on your iPad with the account you want to add sport to (the one that currently has entertainment on it).

Then in that same browser, log into https://id.ee.co.uk/ with your EE ID (your email address) and select Plans & Subscriptions in the top right corner. Then select TV & Sport, and you'll see an option to Start Activation for TNT Sports.  When you select this, it'll take you to the HBO Max web site, where it should show a message saying it's now available to watch.

You can now log into the HBO Max app on your Sky box with this same account, and you'll get both subscriptions together.

Okay when I go into https I can’t see plans and subscriptions?,I can see subscriptions but not to and sport thereafter???Sorry

Did you definitely log in with your EE ID (same one you logged into this forum with)? Your account looks to be paired with it correctly, so I can't think of a reason the correct options wouldn't appear.
