Hi there @Stoddy33

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you would like to discuss your options for your account, please call us on 150 and the team will certainly see what they can do to help 🙂

Thanks.

Leanne.

@Stoddy33

Advised by who? And did you ask about a second box, or did this just not come up?

But you can have a second box if you ask, and at no extra cost; just that it has to be a Box Mini, rather than a Box Pro or Apple TV. And, as a further paid subscription option, you can have a second Box Mini; things you can discuss by calling 150, as @Leanne_T suggests.

And while you can’t get further boxes from EETV, there’s a thriving secondhand market on eBay and CeX in earlier YouView boxes, and even some new ones, that will work perfectly well, within the limits of however many boxes from EETV you have contracted for.

But unless you are still within your 14-day cooling off period, or were actively misled over the phone by an EE rep (something that would have been recorded ‘for training and quality purposes’ and can be retrieved by EE in case of dispute), the above is not a limitation that would entitle you to leave your contract; if it were, every single EETV user would be able to take that route 😢
