Just to say I have had exactly the same issue since yesterday. Had been working perfectly before then. I am connected wirelessly. Live TV channels I subscribe to via NOW are working fine, just the app that no longer works. Any advice gratefully received!

We've had confirmation that Now TV broke their app across multiple platforms with their updates this week - including EE TV boxes. They're working on fixes already. You'll get the update on your box as soon as it's ready - you don't need to do anything specifically.
