When we try to view a recording from a HD channel, 4 and 5 seen to be only HD now, it has the below message.
Anyone know how to correct this?

Can you view recordings for all other channels?
Could you try the troubleshooting steps in the Problems with Recording on EE TV Box Pro page to see if this resolves this for you?
