Purchased the DU8000 Samsung TV via add to plan
Was supposed to have a 24 month TNT Sports included
I’ve been through my account and can only find options to buy TNT sports rather than activating it

Hi I done all this except they said I don’t have the tnt sports but I do..
that’s what I ordered but I don’t know to get them to listen to me about it as the man argued with me again today stating they don’t offer it with this tv when they clearly do an still are on the website

When did you place the order for the TV? Have you added this to an existing mobile account?
If you have added this to your plan, please log into the EE app, do you have TNT Sport showing as an add-on?

Hi Leanne,
I placed the order on the 10th may 2025 and it arrived 16th may 2025 the tv tech add on don’t even show on my add ons page and neither does tnt sports when I call they say they don’t even offer tnt sports with the tv to which I been arguing but I can’t get through to the man I spent a good 30 minutes arguing over this so a complaint was made open to which it’s still not sorted but it’s currently still the same offer on the website but this what I ordered plain and simple but I can’t seem to get through to him.

Could you try the below steps to see if this works for you;
If you do not have an existing Discovery+ account then please try heading to www.ee.co.uk/tntsports and enter the mobile number that you have added your TV bundle to, confirm the PIN and then look for TNT Sports with an activate button. Hit that and follow the instructions to get setup.
If you do have an existing Discovery+ account head to www.bt.com/sport/activate-discovery-plus/ and login to that account and follow the steps to complete activation.

I tried this and said nothing to activate. I'm now back on phone with EE as its never been added and is missing from my account

If it is coming up saying there is nothing to activate @Duncan_girl30, you are doing the right thing in speaking to our guides over the phone so they can look into it further.
