Currently have EE broadband and noticed when I log into my account I am given an offer to add EE TV at a discounted rate for so many months. Decided to go ahead and order the deal online. Unfortunately every browser I use half way through the ordering process I get something went wrong and the page crashes. Tried a few times and still got the same issue. Decided to phone up and order on the phone however the guide knew about the deal but when they checked my details it was just showing the standard charge. Told it was an online offer for me that I would need to order online myself. Any ideas on how I can complete my order. Thanks

Phone up again and escalate your query from guide level to guide level until you get one who knows how to circumvent the glitch.
No-one at EETV should leave a customer hanging in midair like that 😢

Got it sorted, your advice paid off. Had to recontract my broadband with the great tv deal. Kit arrives next week. Decided to go the Apple TV box route. Find I use catchup apps more. Cheers
