I have this unusual issue that for 4 weeks the tech team haven't been able to help with. I have a tv box pro connected to superfibre 100mbs+ via power link and that works fine, and has done for two years with a bt tv box pro. However once I introduced a ee mini tv box, I will get the error message IPC6023. It will happen intermittently. Maybe it's good for half an hour. maybe 5 minutes but it will happen on both boxes when both are in use. which is very annoying.
I have experimented with everything, wifi connections, on one and not the other. I have factory reset both boxes numerous times. cleared data in ee tv app on both. Factory reset the route. Tried the old bt tv box I haven't returned yet and same issue. Openreach engineers have been and there is no issue with the internet. all other devices either through wifi or power link work fine. Powerlinks are fine, brand new.
The only thing that resolved it was when I unplugged the tv mini box. Even on standby the issue happens. It just seems like they interfere with each other over the same network or something its bizarre.
What could be the issue? is it just not possible to use the mini tv box as thats the current status.

Sounds familiar. Been reading many similar posts to fix my issue...ie mini TV box...wee black new one dropped out...no apps...no guide...zip. can't find access point to Internet. Did the WPS...did the WiFi scan...couldn't locate my router. I pondered a while. Retraced my steps. Here's my fix. So...my box was fine this morning. I wanted to listen to Spotify while doing me house work. Noticed my LG TV which is usually connected via WiFi...was not. So I tapped in my password and joined my WiFi. Later in the day...I thought a but of YouTube via EE would be good. Lo and behold nothing...YMV code...can find WiFi. No amount of resetting soft in mini box...didn't matter to reset router and was failed. So...I read about 'interderence' with signal/connection between box and router. Then...a lighbulb moment...I disconnected my smart LG TV fro. WiFi. Then switched on the EE mini box which didn't work...looked up settings again...hey...box could see my WiFi. Now works.
In conclusion...my WiFi TV connection...kicks my EETV mini box off and blinds it. Hope my yarn helps.
