What does that mean? You used the short Subject to write a longer enquiry. Use this large Text box & Please clearly explain your issue & circumstances in greater detail & we'll do our best to help you with it.

I joined EE on the 22nd August and have had problems with it every day, I’m stuck with a 2 year contact I wish I had stayed with sky, who are more expensive but you get a much better service.

Hi @Snuzan59
Have you discussed your problems with EE? What issues are you having?

It's a pitty you've been struggling with it for a month. You could have left penalty free within 2 weeks.

It's not for EE to advise you of that. The onus is on you to know the relevant laws.

Why can’t you watch the same channels from your mini box on your tv as shown in your main pro. For instance on pro 103 is ITV but on mini box 103 is Judge Judy?

@Snuzan59 ITV is the name of the channel. Judge Judy is the name of the programme. I'm confused?

OK, I've just taken a look at your account and can understand your confusion now.
Your TV Box Pro is connected with a TV aerial, and you are in the London TV region.
Your TV Box Mini doesn't have an aerial, so channels are streamed over the internet. When setting up your box, you were offered 4 TV regions to choose from (based on your address), and you chose South East instead of London. So you'll see different programmes listed at certain times of the day.
On your TV Box Mini, go to Settings, then TV Channels. There'll be a button to update, which will then let you select the TV region - if you select London this time, you should then find that the programmes will match your other box.
