I have a TV Box PRO. I was told when I signed up that I could record 2 programmes and watch a third. This is not correct unless the 3rd programme is a streamed one such as Netflix.
The recordings frequently cut off about 10minutes before the end of the scheduled programme. This week I have missed the end of 3NFL matches (including the winning touchdown) and two documentaries.
The system often fails to record programmes or records one that I have not scheduled.
The quantity of channels is poor; there are no +1 channels. I have more channels available from my TV Aerial connection.
Has anyone else had any of these problems?
I can't wait to get back to SKY even if it's more expensive as the quality is there.

"link to another service" ?, its freely its the exact same service embedded into the EE box for goodness sake, a quick google search will take you to that website.
Its like removing a link to NowTV or Apple TV or anything else thats on the Box ,, they also have their own set top boxes ?? 😂
Thats a little overzealous 😂

@baron75mk3 the EE TV service does NOT use Freely. They're a different service completely, from a different company, different technology, and different streams.

Its pretty much the same service with a slightly different skin & you know it............or you should
Only difference it uses unicast & does not contain sky channels , its a reskinned freely service
i was simply trying to help the OP & i stand by it If mods are going to delete any link or reference to another company , then anything to do with any other company (ie sky, apple etc) , they all have thier own boxes.
No its overzealous , lol anyways now YOU have jumped in....i guess your other friend will mark the post as "solved" for you ..........wont they ?.

EE TV existed MANY years before Freely, and is NOT the same service in any way whatsoever, other than it broadcasts TV channels - in which case you could say Sky and Virgin TV are also the "same service". We do not use the Freely streams - we get them directly from the broadcasters, and encode them for distribution ourselves across our own platform.

Its pretty much the same thing , what i cant believe is that in trying to help someone understand an issue you are here flexing your muscles all very petty indeed ............where are you with a fix ??

Your post was very helpful about the content @baron75mk3 - the only rule you broke was posting a link to the other service, which was edited out. No big deal.
Careful not to break another rule by becoming argumentative with mods - there's no need.

@Phil2376 NFL live games frequently overun their original schedule broadcast time ... I think there is coverage this year on the Five family of channels and also on the Sky Sports family pf channels. If the broadcaster does not build contingency into their schedules or provide accurate recording signals the recordings normally end at the EPG schedule time.
