Hi

I've just signed up to multiroom.  Received my boxes yesterday.  I've plugged both in upstairs and set up using WiFi..  All channels are  unwatchable due to pixalation. Is this a common problem.   What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks I'm advance

What is your internet speed, as supplied, and actually at the devices?  (You can test this in Netflix, as long as your  subscriptions include it.)

Do you still get the issue if you power down one of the two devices? (Remove the power connector, don’t just switch it off.)

How far is each device from the router? EETV recommend no more than 5 metres.

What’s the WiFi strength at each device? The link below describes how to do this, and lots of other tips on possibly improving it:-

Are you in a position to try one or both boxes over Ethernet?

If not, you may have to go back to EE for some broadband extenders.

Hi Midnight.

Thank you for the information.   Both boxes are quite fair away from the router so I think I might try some smart plugs and see.

I will also try the others things you advised.  Much appreciated.

Thanks
