since having the ee TV pro box connected to my Philips hue sync box, I have to unplug and replug in the eetv every time I want to switch on and watch TV as it comes up with a HDMI warning. clearly there's an issue between the Philips hue sync box with the TV box Pro as without that connected it works fine
previously I was a sky customer and never had any issue with them connected together. has anyone else had this issue and do they have a fix for it or was it a known issue

Hi @Jinx1980
Thanks for coming to the community.
I have done a little bit of digging on this and found someone who had a similar problem and they were able to resolve it by changing the HDMI display on the EE TV Box Pro.
If you go to Home on the EE TV Box Pro, then Settings and Picture & Sound, can you see if it is set to UHD 50fps 8bit, and see if that helps?
