Been with EE full package for 1 week, internet is fine, phone is fine, but the TV!!!

It keeps freezing all the time, and keep getting message saying, no signal, hdmi 13, check cables etc etc, i tried to record a program and it stopped ed half way through, ive been on to them and they are sending out an engineer, the original engineer that fitted the equipment left the Virgin media equipment in along side it, could that have been conflicting with the signal?

Have removed te virgin media equipment now but its still doing it🤔

How do i stand if this problem can't be solved?, can i keep this equipment till i can get set up with another provider?

Any help much appreciated.

I'm sorry it hasn't been a great experience for you with your TV so far but I'm pleased an engineer has been booked to come and look at this.

If the engineer isn't able to resolve this, the team will be able to go through the next steps with you.
