Hi just got the new broadband with netflix and now tv but can't sign up to now tv as I haven't a email to activate it and I gave them it in the ee shop when sorting this out. Tried ringing but no one answering can anyone help please. Thanks

@Peter872 - your Now TV was assigned to an email address starting with "nicole". If that's not you, then please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk letting me know the email address you'd like to use for your Now TV login.

Hi yes the email address did begin nicole but she hasn't received any email from now tv to activate yet how long does it usually take thanks

You can go to the Now TV web site and request a password reset using that email address. If you don't receive an email, there's likely to be a typo in it - email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with the correct email address and I can confirm.

Hi I have emailed to let you know the email address to send it to yesterday.How long does it take for the email to come through from now tv thanks

I'll let you know when it's on the way @Peter872 - it's normally immediate, however I'm waiting on a busy colleague to reply to my request. I'll chase him again at midday if he hasn't responded by then.
