Now app

I am trying to log in to the Now app on my mobile phone. I have tried using my ee credentials but it doesn’t know the password and will not let me change any password it may have. 

How do I log in? Like others I have difficulty getting a response from EE Customer Service.

You need to set a password on the Now TV account before first use.  You can do this by requesting a password reset - I've just sent one to you.
