Does anyone know why Ee have removed the use of the app? It says I have no active membership when I have the full works with EE TV

It hasn't been removed - it's just currently not on the email address you're expecting.
Email eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number and the email address you'd like to use, and one of the team will help you.
