Now Tv included in the package, doe's this need a subscription

I have just signed up for the EE tv package and it says Now Tv included, will this have a monthly subscription or will it be free as part of the package

If it's included in the package you chose, then there's no additional charge.

When your bill arrives, it'll show a price in the description for Now TV - that's just the RRP, and can be ignored.  The price you pay is on the right hand side of the bill, and is the total package price you'd previously agreed to.
