Now TV still not working

I moved from BT to EE with the start date 2024/11/08. On the top of the default TV service I have requested extra services namely: Now Cinema Membership and Now Boost. None of the extra services are up and running since. Although I have called EE numerous times to solve this issue, apart of I managed to get the following complaints ref no. from my last call: V0L013-********** and V0L013-*********** I have no agreed service provided nor communication from EE of any kind since. This is now over a month since I have joined and nothing happened... I believe I am rightly frustrated...

unfortunately there is no account access here on the community you will need to call customer services on 150 or 0800 079 8586 and a EE guide will be able to escalate your issue for you.

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately this is the issue. I rang EE numerous times but not going anywhere whoever I speak with. Always the same answer..."This is something I cannot fix I pass it over to another team"...I only have the 2 reference number as my last call the gentlemen kindly provided as he recognised my frustration as I have no evidence of my calls at all....The biggest issue is no communication from EE side but stupid advert to buy this and add that....Is there any way to make a formal complaint?
