Now TV no longer working

Two days ago the Now TV app on my EE TV box stopped working. When I select the app the screen goes black for a couple of seconds, and then the previous screen appears. I have updated the channels and the apps using the EE TV box settings, but without any success. Do you have any idea what to try now?

See if a light reset will kick it back into life, if not you may need to try a full one (keep recordings).

Works OK on our Pro box (and Mini).

Just to narrow it down to your box or your Now, does it still work normally on any other device you have?

Thank you for your help. The light reset fixed it!

Thanks for your response. The light reset suggested by WhoViewYouView worked.

While the ‘light reset’ works, as you have seen, and still works, there’s no need for all that rigmarole now. Settings/Factory Reset on the Box Pro now has an extra option, Factory Reset (Keep Recordings), which does the same thing, and much more straightforwardly than Maintenance Mode.

Useful to know if it happens again, or for anyone coming here because their Box Pro is misbehaving.

Thank you for your response. That does sound a simpler method.
