Just bought a new tv and wanted to watch sky sports on ultra HD (via Now TV)
Spoke to someone at EE and they said I was paying for the UHD package, but the UHD channels are not available on the guide. When I go to the Now TV app, I can see that my viewing experience is set up as "boost" rather than "boost ultra". Spoke to a bot at Now TV and they said its down to EE, but the person at EE didn't see how this could be upgraded.
I don't know if there is something more wrong with EEs infrastructure on UHD for Sky Sports. Hoping someone here will know more.
I can see i have access to TNT Ultimate HDR though.

It isn’t a matter of connecting wires.
it isn’t a matter of connecting software.
it’s a matter of connecting pigheaded people.
We’ve sent people further into space while this trivial matter has been drawn out. Please lock those pigheaded people in a room until it’s sorted. And don’t say it’s coming unless you have date!

what makes you say that? - things can take longer than intended. don't really think its about pigheaded people... trust me im certain BT/EE would have launched by now if they could, because for some it's a deal breaker and also a customer generator.

Incase anyone wondered, I am the same Biohazard in the 1.6+eetv thread, but needed a new account to get the package I needed. thus I had to rename R-Biohazard... the fun of it.
