Why is so difficult to cancel NOW sports from your package.

I've been trying to cancel on the app and online. Spoke to the team and says they cannot cancel as I have an open order (which is a power cable for our router that was sent out as a dodgy item).

Need help before it renews for another month!

@MMQ24 You can only remove services by calling customer support, you can’t do it via the app.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
