I have just received a new EE TV Pro box, and a lot of the channels are pixelated. I am getting a good signal strength, but signal quality bounces from 0 to 100 and back again in a number of seconds. I have unplugged the aerial as instructed and done a factory reset, but the EE help pages suggest I should get an option to choose aerial or streaming mode, which I don't. The box automatically starts to tune itself. I have tried a reset on both cable and WiFi internet connection, and I still don't get the streaming or aerial option.
Any ideas?

You don't get the option anymore - when the aerial is disconnected during setup, it'll automatically go into IP mode.

OK, in that case I have an issue with signal quality on various channels when on streaming. I have tried both LAN and Wifi connections. What options are open to me?

I have one of the old youview BT boxes and had a similar issue with TV quality going from 100 too 0 then back. It turned out to be a bad aerial connection (to the wall socket in my case). If suggest checking aerial leads and connections
