Not Able to Activate AppleTV+

Just joined EETV and the app provides a link to sign up for 6 months free trail of Apple TV+. I click the activation link and get a message: "We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while"

I've been trying on and off for 4 weeks now and still the same message. Any ideas?

If an Apple tablet or smartphone with Safari, try a different device, or at least a different browser.
