For the last few months I have been unable to record on the pro box. When it is due to record the box says "no external hard drive found". There are no recordings on the box so will have storage to record. This happens with all recordings whether scheduled or instant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@FMarriott If it’s throwing up that message the hard drive can not been seen by the box it’s probably faulty, you’ll need to call customer support to request a change of box.

First try Settings/Factory Reset.
If this doesn’t bring it back, proceed as @Chris_B describes.
