No TV channels on EE Mini Box

SC072
Explorer

No problems previously, but this morning our EE mini box can’t find any TV channels error YVM035 (also says ‘You View’ and not EE in AV selection menu).  Unpluggued, factory reset.  Still not working.  Main TV pro box works all fine.

Hi @SC072

We don't have access to your account information here to see when it may have dropped, but you've done the right thing in sending the text to report it. I hope it is back by now, and it not that it'll be soon.

In the meantime, if you have the 4G router as a back up, that would give unlimited data to keep you connected.

If you do need any further help, our broadband tech guides are available until 8pm this evening.

Do you have mobile broadband backup? If your main broadband connection has dropped and the backup kicked in, the TV will no longer recognise that it's on an EE connection and lose all the channels.

Thank you!  Yes our main broadband has dropped out (but we would never know this as no notification?!) - are you able to tell us the time when our main broadband connection dropped?  We can’t connect to the main hub as it is not online to find out.  We have texted FAULT to the team.  Is the 4g back up unlimited use?!
