New TV/BB/Sim contract agreed no mention of extra box

So I went in to my local EE store to thrash out a deal for a new Broadband and TV plus a Mobile sim package after my BT contract ended

This was to include EETV Pro box and a free extra Apple TV box - all was agreed and Im happy with the deal.

In my order online there is no mention of the Apple TV box just the Pro box and new smart hub plus to be dispatched soon .

Is someone able to check please

It's not possible to have a TV Box Pro and an Apple TV - the system wouldn't even allow the order. Sorry that the staff in the EE Store led you to believe otherwise.
