New EE TV service on Apple TV

I understand the new EE TV Service has just been launched, including via a customised EE Apple TV 4K box. I currently have Sky Stream so EE TV via an Apple TV box is a. good proposition. It would be great to hear reviews of the service via Apple TV from those who are early adopters of the service (I assume some trials must have taken place too)

thank you, so, so much! As an aside I don't suppose you would know the best contact at EE for accessibility. As an accessibility consultant I have done some work with other streaming platforms on app accessibility and audio description and I'd love to provide some feedback to EE.

You're welcome to email any feedback to tv.apps@bt.com and I'll forward it directly on to our design team - we've all been working on accessibility a lot recently, but I'm sure the designers will welcome any additional feedback you may have.

Hi again, Darren, thanks again for getting back to me yesterday. Unfortunately, I have had another very frustrating morning, apparently the only way to get the apple 4K box that I was promised in my original order, is to cancel everything, and then do another order, but this has to be in Another persons name, as it is for same address, I’m not really happy to do this to be honest so think I will be cancelling in my calling off period unfortunately, is a shame as I really would have liked to have used the Apple TV 4K set top box,

I have the Apple TV it’s good we moved from sky and we are  impressed so far we like that we can add apps and that we have access to all our Apple apps only downside I’ve found is no pause or rewind we lost certain channels because it’s not connected to a aerial but hopefully will be added soon and we have the mini boxes upstairs and find the channel flick through better on that the Apple TV you have to come off to go back and when we watch sports it’s blurry but I think that’s a tv problem rather then Apple TV like I say so far so good and hopefully will get better

Is there anyway I can escalate this at all please? I just want what I ordered

Ah thank you so much! That would be great, I really want to try the service and just get the Apple TV set top box I was told was in the order. Just seems a bit much to have to cancel everything and then have to do a new order in someone elses name. I am also still waiting on the hybrid connect and 3 x booster discs, have been told there is a delay on those. Thank you Darren, I have just spoken to someone who has put an order through for the Apple TV box, so hopefully that will arrive next week. Still waiting on the hybrid connect and Wi-Fi booster discs as well, but again hopefully they will come at some point in the next week Thank you again for all your help.
