Netflix with ads in big sport

I've just paid for Big sport package which was advertised as having Netflix with ads but I have no access to it as part of my account. Please explain how I can access it?

Unfortunately it's a mistake on the web site. Netflix isn't included with Sport or Big Sport subscriptions.
