Netflix activation email not received

Hi I have recently joined EE broadband/TV - Netflix is included in my package but I haven't received any information on how to activate it. Can you please help?

Unfortunately that is a fault on the web site - it shows that for your address, but it doesn't show it for mine.  The fault is being investigated as a matter of urgency.

Can you please email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk so that we can discuss this further, and work out the best way forward.

You ordered Big Sport + Now Entertainment. Netflix isn't included with that combination.

You can add it on https://ee.co.uk/ or in the EE app, or using the Join option in the Netflix app on your TV Box Pro when it arrives.

The application page when I decided to enter into a contract with EE said it was included. Please see screenshot below. On this basis please provide me with a link. Thanks.
