Is it just me or is there anyone else struggling to watch Netflix? Every time I try to watch it, it opens then stops within seconds blaming a streaming device that needs unplugging.
I’ve tried the EE help tab to check my internet speed etc and even that’s not working.
Getting fed up of the need to keep unplugging my tv and top box and rebooting…

Hey, welcome to the community and I'm sorry to hear you're having problems.
Can you be a little more specific on the problem you're having?
Are you getting the error E123 or 3-5006 with a message to say your account is being used on too many devices?

I’m definitely not using more devices than I pay for. Didn’t know if it was my fire stick clashing so I unplugged that and it’s still coming up with error code tvq-pb-101 (5.2.102)
