Had my TV now 2 weeks and no one at EE knows how to get these codes!!!!!!!! it's awful... been on the phone for days trying to get these codes

Hi, did you get this sorted? also having the same issue - no knows how to get this code and I have been on the phone for 2.5 hours so far and been to 4 different departments!!

Which Samsung TV did you purchase? Was it added to your mobile plan or did you purchase the accessory outright?
